"Children play on a rope swing with the leaves of a palm tree in Cape McClear, #Malawi during sunset. We have been present in Malawi since 1986, but increased our programme capacity after floods devastated the country in January 2015. Since our response to flooding began on 8th January, #MSF has provided 14,458 medical consultations in fixed and mobile clinics, and trucked 100,000 litres of water each day for 16,000 people. We also support primary #healthcare and #HIV treatment centres in Chiradzulu, Nsanje, and Thyolo. Photo by Miguel Cuenca/MSF." By doctorswithoutborders on Instagram.
