“Looking south toward the World Trade Center from 10 Hudson Yards. The 52-story office tower at 10th Avenue and 30th Street in #Manhattan is nearing completion. A few weeks ago, @bengiville had a chance to capture the view from the 29th floor of the building — the “developer’s nest,” as she put it. Much of the #HudsonYards project is being built over a 26-acre rail yard. That includes the Public Square garden, a new swath of green space from 10th to 11th Avenue. The challenge for gardeners: Insulating the bottom of the planting beds from blasts of 150-degree heat rising out of an active train yard directly below.” By nytimes on Instagram.
