I have the same problem but pink instead of green, it is a problem on the mainboard as i replaced the camera module but there was no difference, I have now removed the board( both main and comm boards), desoldered the battery and washed it with rubbing alcohol to clean it, i noticed some dirt and a miniscule piece of solder bead (looks like bad Apple manufacturing) come out into the solution. Hopefully it was the solder that was bridging 2 of the tracks relating to the camera circuit. More on the issue when i have reassembled it all.

Looks like it's a hardware problem. They replaced it under warranty. Anyone else have this issue?
